Shipping details

Orders placed before 4pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched on the following Working day excluding Sunday

Refunds and Exchanges

In the event that an item arrives damaged or gets lost in the post we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund depending on your preference.

If you change your mind on an item then your purchase can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
