Shipping details
Orders placed before 4pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched on the following Working day excluding Sunday

Wholesale Orders
Wholesale ordering is available to approved trade accounts. The minimum order is 25 boxes, with a maximum of 500 boxes per online order, mixed across our four designs.
Wholesale delivery is charged separately. Retail free-delivery offers do not apply. We currently deliver wholesale orders within the UK only. Available delivery services and charges are displayed at checkout.
For orders over 500 boxes, please email info@perfecttransactions.co.uk or phone 07305 476347 for a delivery quote before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect or has items missing, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where relevant so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds and Exchanges

In the event that an item arrives damaged or gets lost in the post we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund depending on your preference.
If you change your mind on an item then your purchase can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
